I never expected my order to arrive just days after I placed it. It was an anniversary present for my wife and I put off deciding what to get her. My anniversary was just over a week before I placed the order. I would have never thought the bracelet would arrive in time. I went so far as to print a picture to put in her card. Now she has the real thing, which is as beautiful as expected.

My package arrived yesterday...The diamond claddagh that you sized fits perfectly. I should have had it done when I bought it, but it was so beautiful I didn't want to give it up. Today, it is unusual to find a jeweler who will make a ring a size larger without charge when it's a new purchase, let alone a year and a half later. Thank you so much!
What more can I say about the Dearbhla Trinity Knot earrings...you are right, the earrings are gorgeous!! So many dangle earrings look good from the front, but when you turn them over they are hollowed out in the back. Not these, they are solid and they are good size so they show nicely with my long hair.
I learned some goldsmithing and worked in a small jewelry store for almost nine years, so I know quality when I see it. I have been consistently pleased with all of my purchases from you and the great service that comes with them. They are all worth every penny I spent on them. You can be sure I will be doing more business with you in the future. I wish you continued success.

Just wanted to tell you that I received my order on 21 January - just two days after I placed it. Amazingly, blazingly fast! How delightful. Both pieces of jewelry are as beautiful as I hoped for and arrived in perfect condition. I would just like to take a moment and say how pleased and satisfied I am with the staff at O'Caseys Irish Store. I tried to buy a beautiful pair of earrings over a long holiday weekend. I was using Pay Pal as my payment mode. For whatever reason it didn't take. John Casey and his staff were out on the road at a Celtic Festival somewhere in the US using laptops on a picnic table to transact their business. They tried to remedy the situation within minutes. I explained to them ( him) what happened on my end, and he continued to assure me, that he wanted my business and to try again. I did in vain three times that weekend and on Tuesday. I tried once more. By now the team was jumping through hoops trying to fix my problem and John personally sent me a note of reassurance that I would get my earrings very soon. We did manage to fix the "glitch", and again I had personal communication from the team that my package was being shipped immediately, and by the way he dropped the shipping charges from the bill.
I have been a retail manger for over 40 years. I managed teams of thousands of people managing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of annual sales. I know what good service feels like! John and his team exemplify the kind of business I would highly recommend. Thanks John.
