Just wanted to tell you that I received my order on 21 January - just two days after I placed it. Amazingly, blazingly fast! How delightful. Both pieces of jewelry are as beautiful as I hoped for and arrived in perfect condition. The "Thank you" card and hand-wrapped tissue paper on the boxes were lovely extra touches that pleased me greatly.

I would just like to take a moment and say how pleased and satisfied I am with the staff at O'Caseys Irish Store. I tried to buy a beautiful pair of earrings over a long holiday weekend. I was using Pay Pal as my payment mode. For whatever reason it didn't take. John Casey and his staff were out on the road at a Celtic Festival somewhere in the US using laptops on a picnic table to transact their business. They tried to remedy the situation within minutes. I explained to them ( him) what happened on my end, and he continued to assure me, that he wanted my business and to try again. I did in vain three times that weekend and on Tuesday. I tried once more. By now the team was jumping through hoops trying to fix my problem and John personally sent me a note of reassurance that I would get my earrings very soon. We did manage to fix the "glitch", and again I had personal communication from the team that my package was being shipped immediately, and by the way he dropped the shipping charges from the bill. I have been a retail manger for over 40 years. I managed teams of thousands of people managing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of annual sales. I know what good service feels like! John and his team exemplify the kind of business I would highly recommend. Thanks John.
