Shipping & Returns   We maintain a good stock of our listed items and we endeavor to ship your order in a timely manner, usually within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Jewelry pieces from Ireland may take 3 -4 weeks depending on the piece and depending on whether it is being custom made. Sometimes the manufacturer has the item "on the shelf in Ireland" in which case your order would be shipped to us and onto you quicker than the 3-4 week time frame. We will not unnecessarily hold your order. If an item is going to take longer than the 3- 4 week time frame, we will notify you immediately and make other arrangements to your satisfaction including cancelling your order and issuing a refund if requested.

GAA FOOTBALL JERSEYS. A large stock is maintained in the summer months. However if a jersey is out of stock in the summer, we will order it from Ireland on our weekly order schedule. Out of Season ordering from Ireland is twice monthly. During the months of August and September, O'Neills only make the Championship jerseys. Therefore if your County is eliminated from competition and we are out of stock, you will have to wait till after the All Irelands. For example; if you order a Galway jersey and they are out of the running for season's honors, you will have to wait till October for a Galway jersey. We will either place your order on backorder or refund your money and cancel the order. We will do whatever you the customer feels comfortable with.

Returns

We will accept returns on all goods except custom ordered wedding bands with a receipt within 30 days in original packing. You must contact us for a return authorization number(RA #). We will refund or replace the item less shipping costs. Less shipping costs means if you were offered free shipping initially, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund or charge shipping to replace the item. 

Defective products; We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of a defective piece (link broken, stone missing)for us to issue a defective RA # whereupon we will replace or refund the product.
